Hi, my name is Emily Mazzetti, and I'm a certified Quickbooks Online Proadvisor bookkeeper in Escondido, CA.  However, with cloud technology, I'm able to work with business owners nationwide.  I handle the bookkeeping which allows them to focus on what they love...growing their business.  ​Whether you're located in Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Temecula, Coronado, or elsewhere in the country, I can help keep your books organized and up to date.

As a certified bookkeeper, I help small businesses stay organized, maintain accurate

financial records, and gain a clear understanding of their financial performance. I specialize in monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial reporting, QuickBooks Online support, and cleanup projects.

My background in supply chain management gave me extensive experience analyzing data, managing budgets, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced business environments. Today, I bring those same skills to my bookkeeping clients.

As a San Diego native, I'm proud to serve the community where I grew up.  I attended elementary and junior high in Valley Center and Escondido, and am a proud Patriot and graduate of Orange Glen High School!  After working and living in Orange County, I'm back in Escondido where I live with my German Shepherd rescue, Callie.   I love volunteering with the dog rescue when time permits.

 

We enjoy camping in the mountains and hitting the local hiking trails for exercise.  I'm also an avid pickleball player and enjoy a friendly game of competition!
